I never meant to become a glass artist. I just meant to stop throwing things away. One day, I held a broken bottle in my hand and thought, This shouldn’t be trash. It had lived a whole life — held celebrations, quiet nights, memories. So I started experimenting. Melting. Shaping. Transforming. And somewhere between the shards and the kiln, I realized I wasn’t just recycling glass. I was giving forgotten things a second chance. Every piece I make now begins as something discarded — a jar, a bottle, a fragment — and becomes something new: a sun catcher, a dish, a piece of art that carries a story. My studio is small, my process is scrappy, and my mission is simple: Turn waste into wonder. Turn broken into beautiful. Turn everyday objects into art that matters.
